This Privacy Policy explains how BOOKBEY ("we", "us"), operated by VCCL Cloud Pvt. Ltd., handles information when you use our website, WhatsApp API and AI website chatbot (the "Services").
Account data (name, email, company, phone/WhatsApp number); billing data processed by our payment provider; technical data (IP address, logs, usage and delivery metadata); and content you send through the Services. API keys are stored only as cryptographic hashes.
To provide and meter the Services, process payments and renewals, send transactional notices, prevent abuse and fraud, comply with law, and improve reliability and support.
We process the messages you send to deliver them and to maintain delivery logs. You are responsible for obtaining recipient consent and for complying with WhatsApp/Meta policies and applicable law.
We share data with infrastructure, payment and messaging providers strictly to operate the Services, and when required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
We retain account and billing records as required for legal and accounting purposes, and delivery logs for a limited operational period.
Per-client isolation, hashed API keys, rate limiting, a request firewall, encrypted secrets and TLS in transit. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
