This policy applies to purchases of BOOKBEY Services from VCCL Cloud Pvt. Ltd..
Plan fees are billed per cycle and are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun, as the service is consumable (message quota). You may cancel future renewals at any time from your client area or by contacting support; cancellation stops future invoices but does not refund the current cycle.
The AI Website Chatbot is a one-time digital product. Because it is delivered and usable immediately, it is non-refundable once activated, except where required by law.
If you are charged in error or charged twice for the same item, contact us within 7 days at account@vcclhosting.com and we will investigate and refund verified duplicate or erroneous charges.
Email account@vcclhosting.com with your account email and the invoice number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
