These Terms govern your access to and use of the BOOKBEY Services provided by VCCL Cloud Pvt. Ltd.. By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials and API keys secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account.
You agree not to use the Services for spam, unsolicited messaging, unlawful content, harassment, or any activity that violates WhatsApp/Meta policies or applicable law. We may suspend accounts that cause abuse, security risk, or excessive load.
Paid plans are billed per cycle. Renewal invoices are generated automatically before the period ends. Unpaid invoices past the due date plus any grace period may result in suspension. The AI Website Chatbot is a one-time purchase.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. WhatsApp delivery depends on third-party networks and your account standing with Meta.
The Services, SDKs and modules are licensed, not sold. You may use them to integrate with the Services; you may not resell or redistribute them except as expressly permitted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or message delivery failures outside our control. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
